Also very popular in the outstation country towns, they were frequently engaged to perform at major country events like the Port Lincoln Tunarama festivals.

The Mobius Band floorshow, featuring Paul in a number of impersonations of Elvis and other well known figures, became a major feature of the band.
Mike, Paul, Rod and Greg formed "Mobius Band" in the early 70's in Adelaide,  South Australia, becoming over the next 6 years, one of the most sought after cabaret bands.
Their gigs ranged from the Lord Mayor's Ball to local pub and club work, with many corporate dinner dances/balls to their credit.  Their style incorporated all the (then) latest contemporary pop and rock songs and featured very strong three part harmonies.

With their top harmonies and tight musicianship, they were much sought after as a 'backing band' for performers such as the The Drifters, The Searchers, Freddie and the Dreamers, Don McLean, Normie Rowe, Debby Burns, John Williamson, Frankie Davidson, to name a few we can still remember…
